Thou shalt brush your teeth every day – every 12 hours or after every meal. Thou shalt ensure that the bristles are not worn out and replace your brush regularly. Thou shalt take 2-3 minutes to brush carefully, even on the insides of the jaw.
Like good tennis and cricket grip techniques, tooth-brushing technique is also an art in itself, and a very important one at that. Request your dentist for a presentation of the correct brushing method appropriate in your given situation.
Sparkling white teeth are not only an asset of one’s beauty, they are also an indicator of one’s overall health in general, and dental health in particular.
